Firearms Transfers

​If you would like to conduct a firearms transfer, you must send us an email prior to attempting to pick up the firearm.  Upon reception of the firearm, there are several things that Foxtrot Syndicate needs to do before you can pick it up.  Do not show up without notifying Foxtrot Syndicate beforehand.  Please check to ensure that you are legally able to purchase the specific type of firearm in the state of Tennessee before you attempt the transfer.  Once your email is received we will reach back out to you as soon as we can.

 

You email needs to include the following items...

• Buyers name

• Buyers telephone number

• Buyers address

• Buyers age at date of transfer

• Make, model, and caliber of the firearm to be transferred

• ...lastly, a written statement stating that you are the individual to whom the firearm will be transferred and that you do not intend on giving the firearm to anyone else.

Don't forget to bring a valid state of Tennessee identification card (i.e. Tennessee Drivers License or Tennessee Handgun Carry Permit)

To be forthright and clear upfront, the final decision to transfer a firearm lies with Foxtrot Syndicate.  If we do not feel comfortable or feel as if something is not right, we will stop the transfer and send the firearm back to wherever it came.
